Our shipping and handling costs are based on the merchandise total

Rate Group 3: Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City.
Rate Group 4: Australia, Japan, and New Zealand.
Rate Group 5: All other destination countries and territorial possessions that are referenced in the Individual Country Listings and not included in the other rate groups in this list.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If any product does not meet your expectations, you may return it in the original package for a complete refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your packing slip (invoice) with the returned items. Items should be returned to the following address:

We cannot refund shipping costs except in cases where an item is returned as a result of our error (e.g., damage, defects, or wrong item sent). Even priced exchanges will be sent to you without additional charge.

Refund checks will be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned shipment. If available, refunds will be paid using Paypal.
