Shipping and Handling Costs

Our shipping and handling costs are based on the merchandise total (any applicable sales tax excluded) according to the tables below.

We usually ship with USPS which uses x-rays on all mail. Irradiation with the applied low doses of x-rays is permitted by the National Organic Program. However, if you prefer shipment with another carrier which doesn’t use x-rays, please contact us via our contact form before you place an order so that we can provide you with the adjusted shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction with our premium pet foods is very important to us. Due to the nature of the products, we normally cannot offer a replacement or refund for our certified organic pet food products. However, if we mistakenly send you a wrong product or if one of our pet foods would have a quality problem that is caused by us, we will of course offer a full refund or exchange. We cannot replace or refund our raw dehydrated pet food products that were not stored as recommended. The reason for this strict policy is that returned certified organic pet foods would need to be destroyed as they cannot be resold after they reached the consumer or were opened.

If you want to make sure your pet approves of our organic pet foods before you buy, we invite you to contact us to obtain samples of our natural cat food, dog food, or pocket pet food products. We are happy to send them to you at cost, including shipping.

In the cases where we can refund, replace or exchange our natural pet food products, you may return it in the original package within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your packing slip (invoice) with the returned items. Items should be returned to the following address:

We cannot refund shipping costs except in cases where an item is returned as a result of our error (e.g., damage, defects, or wrong item sent). Even priced exchanges will be sent to you without additional charge.

Refund checks will be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned shipment. If available, refunds will be paid using Paypal.

PLEASE NOTE: To help our planet, we reuse shipping materials as much as possible without compromising the quality of our organic pet food products. Please recycle and reuse these and other materials as much as possible as well.
